Their own history. Your observations.

  • Pace daily demands
  • Digestion beyond food
  • Context for difficult moments

A simple daily loop

Less to remember. More context to look back on.

When you’re looking back on a meltdown or a day with digestive discomfort, it helps to have more than memory. Bring meals, activities, sleep and check-ins together—without turning a child’s day into a judgement.

01Their own space

One child. Their own everyday picture.

Keep each child’s meals, actions and check-ins in a separate profile. Start with the Check-in Summary and add the observations that matter today.

02Parent check-in

Capture how they’re doing.

Move the Energy slider on the child’s dashboard to expand the check-in. Record energy, sensory tolerance, social battery and gut comfort without leaving the day’s view. These are your observations, not a clinical assessment.

03Actions and context

Keep the context around difficult moments.

A school assembly, a busy outing or quiet time can ask for different kinds of effort. Log an action, its timing and your notes—including a difficult moment you want to remember.

04Meals

Keep meals in the picture.

Start typing a meal to find matching entries from the selected child’s history, or record something new. Keep what they ate and when in one place—a diary for context, not a calorie target for a child.

05Meal entry

Describe a meal. Review the estimate.

Describe a new meal, then review the nutrition estimate and adjust suggested food attributes before saving. AI can miss ingredients; do not rely on it for allergy safety.

06Food observations

Give recurring food patterns a closer look.

With enough history, Critical Foods can highlight recurring food and symptom overlaps. Life’s Impact adds associations between daily signals and check-ins. These observations are starting points for questions—not proof of a cause or a list of foods to remove.

07Daily demands

See the demands you’ve recorded.

Look back at today and the last seven days of manually logged action load. The bars bring the timing, duration and demands you recorded together—not a prediction of how your child will feel.

A clear boundary

Patterns and estimates.
Not a diagnosis.

Unchaos Life is a diary and pattern-exploration tool for parents. It does not diagnose conditions or food intolerances, predict or prevent meltdowns, confirm allergies, or establish what caused a symptom. Discuss recurring concerns and any changes to a child’s diet with a qualified healthcare professional; do not remove foods solely because of an app pattern.

Child profiles and saved observations stay in a separate local store. Analysing a new meal sends its description to OpenAI after your consent. Reusing a saved meal does not require a new analysis.

Screenshots show a fictional child and synthetic example data. Meal-analysis estimates are illustrative. Patterns need sufficient observations and may not appear for every child or food.

Start with today. Build a clearer picture.

Open Kids mode, choose a child and add one check-in, a meal or an action. Small observations can make the next conversation more concrete.
